Look up one Incident Management paging channel by `id` or by `name` (exactly one). Fails when no or several channels match the name. Secrets are never returned.

## Schema

### Optional

- `id` (String) Numeric channel id.
- `name` (String)

### Read-Only

- `created_at` (String)
- `email` (String) `type = "email"`: recipient address (required there).
- `has_webhook_url` (Boolean) Whether a webhook URL is stored.
- `header_names` (List of String) Names of the stored headers, sorted (values are never returned).
- `is_active` (Boolean) Default `true`. The organization fallback channel cannot be deactivated.

- `team_id` (Number) Team of the organization; unset = organization-wide channel.
